Spring is the sweet spot for HVAC maintenance. Before the heat really kicks in, this is the time to make sure your system is clean, inspected, and ready to run without a hiccup all summer long. Skip it, and you're rolling the dice on a breakdown when you need cooling the most.

Our team has been all over it lately - rooftops, ground-level units, commercial equipment, residential systems. We're working on everything from smaller residential condensers to large rooftop package units. No matter the size or brand, the process is the same: get in there, inspect the components, clean what needs cleaning, and make sure everything is operating the way it should.

What does that actually look like? It means getting hands-on with the internal components, flushing out coils, checking electrical connections, and clearing anything that could restrict airflow or cause the system to work harder than it needs to. A dirty or neglected condenser coil alone can spike your energy bills and put serious strain on the compressor over time. That's an expensive problem - and a very preventable one.

We work on all the major brands. Lennox, Rheem, American Standard - our guys are familiar with all of it. That familiarity matters because every unit has its quirks, and knowing what to look for saves time and catches issues before they turn into emergency calls. Routine maintenance is a small investment that pays off in efficiency, reliability, and equipment lifespan.

Whether it's a single residential unit or multiple rooftop systems for a commercial building, we bring the same level of attention to every job. If your system hasn't been serviced yet this season, now is the right time to get it on the schedule.
