After my home was built, one of the larger HVAC companies here in town installed my AC unit. My house is now 7½ years old, and they had been coming out for regular maintenance all those years. For the last year and a half, however, they had to come out every 6-10 weeks because condensation kept building up, and my AC stopped working. This past Saturday night, my AC stopped working again. I called the company’s 24-hour emergency service, and unfortunately, they never showed up. I started looking through companies on Google and found this company. I called, and they came out after hours and got my AC back up and running. Unfortunately, they also gave me some news that no homeowner wants to hear. They discovered water damage and found that the pipes for my AC unit had been installed incorrectly. They came back on Monday and redid part of the plumbing/piping so the unit could drain and run properly. What really bothers me is that in all the years the larger company had been coming to my home for maintenance, not one person ever pointed out the water damage or told me the plumbing had been installed incorrectly. AJ found the problem and took the time to actually fix it. AJ was an absolute godsend. He was professional, kind, knowledgeable, respectful of my home, showed up when he said he would, cleaned up after himself, and his pricing was very fair. I honestly couldn’t recommend AJ and this company enough. After dealing with the same issue over and over for the past year and a half, it is such a relief to finally have someone who actually took the time to find the root of the problem and fix it. I’m incredibly grateful I found them and will absolutely be calling them for any future HVAC needs.

We had work done on furnace/air conditioner from another company. For 2 days, aa soon as the tech left it quit working. I could not get anyone back to fix it and could not get the 24 hour service. We called Perfect Degrree 24 hour service, AJ came very quickly, found the problem and fixed ir. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and also explained the services they offer. We just found our new service tech and company!!
