When a system starts struggling - running constantly, not keeping up, racking up repair bills - it's usually telling you something. At some point, another band-aid fix stops making sense. That's where we came in on this one.
We replaced a worn-out system with a brand new Lennox 4-ton split system. That means a new condenser unit mounted on the roof and a new Lennox furnace with a matching air handler installed inside. Both sides of the system are new, matched, and sized correctly. That part matters more than most people realize - a mismatched or improperly sized system is one of the most common reasons homeowners end up with hot spots, high energy bills, and short equipment life.
The indoor setup is clean. New flue pipe, new PVC condensate drain lines, proper gas line connections - everything done the way it should be. We don't cut corners on the stuff you can't see, because that's exactly where problems show up later.
Outside, the condenser is mounted on a solid metal equipment stand, keeping it level and stable on the roof deck. The refrigerant lines are neatly run and insulated. It looks good, but more importantly, it's set up to run efficiently and last.
A good HVAC installation is more than just swapping equipment. It's getting the sizing right, making sure every connection is solid, and leaving the customer with a system they don't have to think about. That's what we aim for every time.
