This was a full Lennox 3.5 ton split system installation - outdoor condenser, indoor furnace, coil, condensate pump, the whole deal. When a homeowner is ready to upgrade their comfort system, every component has to work together. A mismatch or a sloppy install can cost you in efficiency and repairs down the road. We don't let that happen.

The indoor side is where a lot of the real work lives. The Lennox furnace is seated cleanly on its platform, the flue pipe is properly routed, and the refrigerant lines are run neat and tight. The condensate pump is tucked in at the base and piped out correctly - that's the kind of detail that prevents water damage issues later on. It's not glamorous, but it matters.

Outside, the condenser sits level on a solid pad with the line set running up the wall inside a clean PVC chase. That chase keeps everything protected and gives the install a finished, professional look instead of exposed lines just hanging off the side of the house. Small thing - big difference in how it holds up over time.

A quality HVAC installation isn't just about getting the equipment in. It's about making sure every connection, every line, and every component is set up to perform the way it's supposed to - from day one and for years after. That's what we focus on every single time we're on a job.
