When an aging system starts giving up, the last thing you want is a rushed replacement job that creates more problems than it solves. That's not how we do things. We take our time, we do it right, and we make sure the new unit is set up to last - not just get through the next season.
This was a Lennox 3.5-ton package unit swap on a rooftop install. Package units are common in this area, and they take a certain level of care to install properly. The curb has to be right, the line connections have to be clean, and everything needs to be secured and sealed before we walk off that roof. You can see the finished unit sitting solid on the curb with the refrigerant lines and PVC drain line routed cleanly off the side - no slop, no shortcuts.
One thing worth noting: we compared the old unit to the new Lennox going in. The difference in condition alone tells the story. The old unit was beat up, leaking, and clearly past its useful life. The new unit is tight, clean, and ready to handle whatever comes - hot summers included.
Lennox is one of the brands we trust most. As a Lennox Premium Dealer, we have direct access to their equipment and the training to back it up. That matters when you're making an investment this size. A package unit done right should give you years of reliable comfort without constant service calls and surprise breakdowns.
If your system is getting up there in age or you've had a repair or two lately, it might be time to have someone take an honest look at it. We're not here to sell you something you don't need - but we'll always tell you the truth about what we find.
