This one had two scopes of work going on at once - a full Lennox 3-ton split system conversion and a separate Lennox ductless mini split installation. That's a solid day's work, and the team knocked it out clean.
The split system side of things is a complete setup. New Lennox outdoor condenser sitting on a fresh pad, line set run up the wall in a white PVC lineset cover, and a brand new Lennox air handler tucked into the utility closet inside. Everything wired up properly with a dedicated disconnect box mounted to the exterior wall. No shortcuts, no messy runs.
The mini split installation followed the same attention to detail. The Lennox-by-Samsung outdoor unit is mounted on its own pad, with the refrigerant lines and electrical neatly covered and secured to the wall. These ductless systems are a great option when you need to condition a specific area of the home without tying into the main duct system - or when there's no existing ductwork to begin with.
Having two systems installed at the same time takes real coordination. Our team kept both installs organized and clean from start to finish. Big credit to Mari and the rest of the crew on this one - they put in the work and it shows in the finished product.
Lennox equipment is built to perform, and pairing it with a proper install means you're actually getting what you paid for. Sloppy installs cost homeowners money down the road - through inefficiency, early failure, and comfort problems that are hard to trace. We don't cut corners because we know what it leads to.
