Commercial HVAC work is a different animal. The equipment is bigger, the stakes are higher, and there's no room for shortcuts when an entire building's comfort depends on the system running right. This was a full rooftop unit swap - pulling the old equipment and dropping in a new Lennox packaged unit in its place.

Getting a unit this size onto a roof takes coordination. A crane lifted both the old unit off and the new Lennox unit up - no small task. That part alone has to be executed carefully. One wrong move and you've got a serious problem. Our guys managed the lift and guided everything into position without a hitch.

Once the new unit was set on the curb adapter, the real work began. Refrigerant lines, electrical connections, drain lines - all of it has to be done right. We also handled the plenum work on the curb side, making sure the airflow path was properly sealed and insulated before buttoning everything up. That detail matters more than most people realize. A poorly sealed curb connection kills efficiency fast.

Lennox commercial equipment is built to hold up in tough conditions. For a business owner or property manager, that means fewer breakdowns, lower energy costs, and a system that actually performs when demand peaks. That's the whole point - equipment you can count on, installed by a crew that knows what they're doing.

Every connection was made clean, every panel closed tight, and the unit was fully commissioned before we left the roof. That's the standard we hold ourselves to on every commercial HVAC installation we do.
